For the cloud systems, I identified friction through user feedback and observation. I streamlined workflows by reducing nested dropdowns, simplifying navigation, and making small interface improvements that made daily tasks quicker and more intuitive.

I worked on improving the usability and efficiency of two cloud systems and one internal dashboard. My primary contribution was redesigning the CEO dashboard, which previously presented scattered data across multiple tables, excessive visual noise, and complex navigation.

Working alongside more experienced team members also helped me grow professionally. Instead of feeling out of place, I learned how valuable open conversations are asking questions, listening, and learning from others’ perspectives often led to new insights and better outcomes.

Working in a real product environment showed me how design decisions must align with technical feasibility. By collaborating with engineers, I learned what can and cannot be built which highlighted the importance of clear communication and well-structured handoffs between disciplines.
